Creating Meaningful
Impact Through Education

CAREducation Foundation works to expand access to transformative learning experiences that nurture curiosity, compassion, collaboration, and intellectual growth. Through scholarships, innovative programs, and community partnerships, we help create learning environments where students and educators can thrive.

Expanding Access to Transformative Learning

Many students and families lack access to learning environments that encourage curiosity, creativity, collaboration, and deep understanding. CAREducation Foundation exists to help close that gap. By supporting innovative educational programs, learning communities, and scholarship opportunities, the foundation works to make meaningful learning experiences accessible to more learners and communities.

Impact Stories

Opening Doors Through Scholarships
Challenge: Many students do not have access to learning environments that encourage curiosity, exploration, and collaborative problem-solving.

Action: CAREducation Foundation provides scholarships that allow learners to participate in innovative educational programs focused on project-based learning and mentorship.

Result: Students gain access to environments where they can develop confidence, creativity, and real-world learning skills.
Supporting Microschool Learning Communities
Challenge: Traditional educational structures often lack flexibility for personalized, student-centered learning.

Action: CAREducation supports microschools and alternative learning environments that prioritize collaboration, mentorship, and curiosity-driven exploration.

Result: Students learn in smaller, supportive communities where they can build meaningful relationships and develop deeper understanding of complex ideas.
Strengthening Community-Based Education
Challenge: Many communities lack opportunities to connect educators, families, and learners around meaningful learning experiences.

Action: CAREducation partners with local educators, organizations, and community leaders to support learning initiatives and educational events.

Result: Communities develop stronger educational networks that support lifelong learning and collaboration.

Tay Iglesias, Root to Rise Microschool Co-founder
The learning with CARE feels personal and meaningful. I know that the kids will remember the things that they learned from working on these projects much longer than if they had to study for a test.
Heather Wang, CARE Society Parent
We get to learn real skills with teachers who care. And, it’s nice to be at a school that teaches emotional intelligence. Kids (and adults!) need this, and public school isn’t meeting this need.
